Only verified, published installers are listed. Licence approval and installer availability are separate: confirming your invitation does not make an unavailable download appear.
From download to first launch
Your invitation is for one specific Pilot app.
Download your installer
Match the app to your invitation and choose Windows or Linux above.
Activate and install
Run the installer and enter your private code. It downloads and verifies your app before installation.
Open Urari
Follow Settings → Setup to create your workspace or review an existing data import.
Unsigned Pilot preview
These previews have no verified software publisher signature. Confirm your invitation and that your download comes from downloads.urari.co.ke before running it.
Installing on Windows
Download the Windows installer for the app named in your invitation. Run the downloaded .exe, enter your private activation code, and follow the per-user Setup wizard.
Installing on Linux
Use Ubuntu 24.04 on an x86-64 computer, in a desktop session with an unlocked system keyring. In your Downloads folder, allow the installer to run as a program, then launch it in a terminal and enter your private activation code.
No sudo is needed. Urari installs in ~/.local/bin; launch the path printed by the installer. Desktop integration is offered on first launch.
Licence, updates and existing data
A current licence is required for app use and updates. When it expires, normal use stops and your records are preserved. Extensions need their own permission within your licence.
Updates stay within the same Pilot app. Use Settings → Version → Check for Updates when a newer version is available.
Keep a backup before migration. Existing mixed workspaces need the reviewed separation step; later Personal and company imports are independent. Company apps manage director accounts directly.
